11. Refund & Reschedule Policy of Coaching Services: Our refund policy states that we offer 100% refunds if you are unable to attend the calls or utilize our service. However, refunds can only be availed 72 hours before the scheduled time of the first call. Your order is considered complete when you book a call in our calendar. If you cannot make it to the scheduled time, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to request a reschedule. However, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may not be accommodated. In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend the scheduled call without prior notice, unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling will be possible. We hope you understand and agree to these policies before proceeding with payment.

If a refund is deemed appropriate in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. 12. Refund & Reschedule Policy of Digital Products: Digital Products: Our digital products include but are not limited to e-books, guides, courses, and digital downlods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged digital product, please contact us immediately at sheema.imam@nourishedandnurturedroots.com with details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and provide a replacement copy if necessary.
